It's my son's birthday today. This is the first time that I have baked cupcakes with icing. I'm so happy how my cupcakes turned-out!

Lorie, I'm still waiting for my cupcake books from amazon to arrive (see my vox library for the list of cupcake books i have ordered). For my first cupcake stint though, i used a recipe from another baking book (Better Homes and Gardens)
